sakai-cans.tar.gz (below) is a package containing the CANS Administrator Tool and the CANS WatchDogService. The WatchDogService is a Sakai Service that uses a Java event listener to monitor Sakai events and send those events, with needed parameters, to the CANS Server.
The CANS Administrator Tool is a Sakai Tool for starting and monitoring the CANS WatchDogService.
In addition to this Sakai Service, I also want to start developing various Sakai Tools for presenting notification information within the Sakai interface itself.
